Olonzac
Olonzac is the principal town of the Minervois region on the D910 off of the D5, which stretches from the north bank of the Aude to the hills of Haut Languedoc. There is nothing of great interest there although it's a good place for a hike or you could pay a visit to the Musee de Prehistorie. There is a tourist office in the centre of Olonzac at 3 place de la Mairie (July & August 9am-noon & 2pm-6pm 04 68 91 34 95). There is a hotel in Olonzac the Hotel du Parc on avenue de Homps 04 68 91 24 77. For simple food in Olonzac you could eat at Du Minervois, rue des Ecoles 04 68 91 20 73 closed on Sunday and Monday.
